What kind of dyes are used?

We use semi-permanent hair dye as it is gentler and less damaging for the hair. We use dyes that don't contain ammonia, hydrogen peroxide or alcohol and is also cruelty free.
Are these 100% human hair wigs?

Yes! We used 100% Brazilian human hair for our wigs.
How do I request a personalized wig?

Check out our "Personalized" tab and fill out the questionnaire. Leave us a short message describing the wig length, density and color you desire. We'll send an "Consultation" email where you can provide more details and/or pictures. Once the order is confirmed you'll be sent a security deposit invoice. Personalized wigs ship out 5-10 business days after deposit is accepted.
What is the delivery time frame?

Units ship out between 5-14 business days after order is placed.
Will my colors blend?

Depending on requested color placement darker colors may naturally blend into lighter colors
Will my color fade?

Since we use semi permanent dyes for the gentler effect on hair and its variation of colors and shades it will naturally fade overtime. To ensure long lasting color we advise washing with cold water and color protecting shampoo.
Will my unit be cut and styled like the picture?

Unfortunately to avoid any extra pulling and tugging on the hair follicles we do not style or cut our units. We ship our wigs out after the "air drying" process to secure density and length. *Pictured to show what hair looks like after air drying.
